For more than 10 years we have been building digital solutions for companies from Romania and all around the world in order to make a difference.

In doing that, we have also achieved another goal: we have created a warm and creative environment where our employees and partners cooperate and work hard to create high performing technology assets that deliver outstanding impact to our clients.

None of that would be possible without the right team so we put a big price on ours. Every member of our team is an integral part of who we become as a company over the years so we respect each other. Everyone has a voice and we are growing together.

Respect for everyone’s choice: We believe that creativity is key in our field so we are open minded about the working hours, office and dress code. Our offices are designed to be an inspiration and employees can take their work outdoors if they like, while still ensuring and preserving client confidential information or data.

We are also very supportive of anyone who prefers to work from home or from the offices terrase if that is better for their inspiration and work life balance.

You can learn every day from your team or from one of our guest speaker sessions led by acclaimed local and international speakers. By improving our knowledge and skills we can deliver better solutions to our clients, so we encourage our employees to attend programs that match their professional development goals.

Positive change in the world: Our team shares the same beliefs and values, so we thrive to bring a positive change in the world with our work. We are actively collaborating with a series of NGOs (i.e., MagiCamp, rural communities and many others) to help those in need.

Intelactsoft also participates to the charity marathon event for Hospice Casa Sperantei.

We grow together: Our CEO is well-known for the energy he puts in his projects and his ability to build a culture for success. As a result of that, in 2018, Intelactsoft won a Champion special Prize to “Champions in Business Muntenia”.
